Secretary/Treasurer Blakely previously served as Communications Director for CHSC. An active advocate of the maritime community, Captain Blakely’s work focuses on connecting maritime members, training, and supporting their well-being at all levels of their development. Blakely is involved with International Ship Masters’ Associations and is National Marine Administrative Manager for City Experiences.
