BLVCKSCENE 2026 WATERWAYS BULLETIN

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary local regulation for sections of Lake Michigan near Anchorage C during the BLVCKSCENE 2026 event on July 12, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. During this period, only registered participants with the official event-issued boat flag, vessels authorized by the Captain of the Port, or other law enforcement agencies will be allowed entry.
